In order to translate the documents of the International financial Reporting standards into the state language and make them available to the general public, webinars and master classes are organized on the initiative of the Ministry of Finance for specialists in the field and teaching staff.

On May 22, Otabek Barakayev, an employee of the Ministry, held a master class on the International Accounting Standard (IAS) 1 "Presentation of Financial Statements" together with teachers of the Accounting Department of the Tashkent Financial Institute. The participants were university teachers, specialists of research centers and financial institutions, doctoral students, applicants and undergraduates.

IAS 1 sets out general requirements for the presentation and content of financial statements. Participants were told about its role, types, identification, composition and other aspects. After the master class, there were discussions on the questions of the audience.
