On April 22-26, 2019, F.Nazarova, a professor of "Management and Marketing" department, and S.Mehmonov,  Professor of the Department of "Budget Accounts and Treasury", visited the Polytechnic State University in Belorussia to discuss and prepare lectures on the joint teaching and methodological manuals within the framework of cooperation between the Tashkent Institute of Finance and the Polotsk State University.

   Polotsk State University is a higher education institution that specializes in the field of technical sciences, and currently, more than 10,000 students are studying at bachelor and masters in eight faculties.

     In the framework of the visit documents about the opening of the joint faculty planned to be organized in cooperation with Tashkent Institute of Finance and Polotsk State University were considered, as well as the planned curricula were firstly discussed at the departments, then at the faculties and then at the rectorate level.

     On April 24-25, 2019, Open lectures were conducted by Professor F.Nazarova from the Department of "Management and Marketing" on the topics "Innovative Management" and "Innovative Education in the HEI", by Professor S.Mehmanov professor of "Budget Accounting" department on the topics “The main directions of budgetary reformation in the Republic of Uzbekistan" and "Accounting policy in budget organizations". Open lectures were attended by students, professors and researchers from the university.

     According to the results of the visit concrete tasks on cooperation in the field of teaching, methodology and scientific activity were defined and "Roadmap" for further development of cooperation of Tashkent Institute of  Finance and Polotsk State University was developed.
