On February 18, 2022, the Ministry of Innovation Development organized a presentation at the Spring Forum, aimed at developing cooperation with higher education institutions and research organizations. The  meeting of the Republican Council for Science and Technology chaired by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Chairman of the Republican Council for Science and Technology A.Aripov.

The meeting was attended by Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation of the Tashkent Institute of Finance Islamkulov Alimnazar Khudjamuratovich and Head of the Department of Commercialization of Scientific Innovations Mavlanov Normumin Normamatovich. Tashkent Institute of Finance managed to get a ticket to the Spring Forum with innovative developments in the electronic program "Scoring model for assessing the creditworthiness of business entities-1.0" and the electronic program "Procedure for assessing and rating the economic efficiency of business entities" at the end of the presentation.
