In order to ensure the fulfillment of tasks defined by Presidential Decisions of the Republic of Uzbekistan № PP-2909 of April 20, 2017, On Measures for the Further Development of the Higher Education System, № PP-3151 of July 27, 2017, on Measures to Further Expand the Participation of Industries and Spheres of the economy in improving the quality of training of specialists with higher education, as well as № PP-3775 of June 5, 2018, On additional measures to improve the quality of education in higher educational institutions and ensure their active participation in large-scale reforms, the rector of the Institute issued an order N 212 of March 12, 2019, On the organization of the visit to the Institute professor of Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, provided the tasks of the above resolutions the regular involvement in the educational process of leading foreign specialists.

In particular, within the framework of cooperation of the Tashkent Financial Institute and the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, from March 27 to April 1, 2019, on the initiative of the Department Budget Accounting and Treasury, the disciplines Budget Accounting and Treasury were organized as Master Classes with the participation of Professor of Public Finance Department of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, Doctor of Economics, prof. Olga Vladylenovna Makashina.

During the lectures, students received comprehensive answers to their questions. Lectures of a foreign specialist, Doctor of Economics, Professor O.V. Makashina on disciplines Budget Accounting and Treasury held a very interesting and informative.
