According to the work schedule of the department “Management and Marketing” during the winter holidays of students, a master class was organized for the departments “Management and Marketing” and “Economics” by the head of the department of Artel LLC JV “QUALITY ELECTRONICS” S. Ibragimov on the topic “Problems and solutions for forming the image of modern leaders of economic sectors.” It included an exchange of ideas using the example of Artel LLC JV “QUALITY ELECTRONICS”, modern leaders of economic sectors and their requirements, issues of forming the image of a leader, problems arising in the management process and ways to solve them, integration of higher education and production. It was emphasized that further strengthening is the main issue of improving the quality of education.
