Hello, dear compatriots! Dear teachers, employees of our institution! Dear students and youth! First of all, on behalf of myself and the leadership of the institute, I sincerely congratulate the professors, staff and students of our institute on the occasion of the thirtieth anniversary of independence of our motherland - Uzbekistan. It is no secret that where there is a freedom, there is a growth, glorification of national values, spiritual and ideological development  and economic growth. On August 31, 1991, our dear Motherland gained independence. Of course, behind this freedom lies the work of our   passionate compatriots. Over the past twenty-nine years, our country has made great strides, both economically and socially. Especially in recent years, the growing position of our country in the world community is a proof of our opinion! As a result of the comprehensive reforms carried out by our esteemed President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, today changes and innovations are taking place in various spheres of the Republic. Literally, a new revival has begun in Uzbekistan - the Third Renaissance. Reforms and renewals in political, economic and spiritual life, growing cities and villages, new modern enterprises, educational institutions, cultural facilities, bridges and roads, in short, we are witnessing the growth and strengthening of the economy.   In particular, the contribution of young people, trained by leading professors and teachers of the Tashkent Institute of Finance, to the growth of the economy is invaluable. They are tirelessly mobilizing the knowledge gained at the institute for the development of our country. One of the highest goals of our institute is to train internationally competitive qualified personnel in the field of economy and finance. On the threshold of building a new Uzbekistan, we are taking steps to create a free, prosperous   life for our people, to enter a deeply integrated economic space, a single communication and information system. In order for our step to be firm and reliable, we need modern and competitive personnel who loves his country and can work in accordance with today's demands and proposals. It should be noted that for thirty years since its inception, the Institute has always focused on increasing its scientific and pedagogical potential. If in 2000 the number of doctors of sciences was 13 and the number of candidates of sciences was 111, by the end of 2020 the number of doctors of sciences was 32 and increased 2.5 times. As of September 1, 2021, the number of doctors of science has reached 39. It is noteworthy that until 2015, the institute did not have any doctors under the age of 40, by the end of 2020 their number is 8, and as of September 1, 2021 - 11. In the last 5 years since 2017, the scientific potential of the institute has been growing steadily. The main reason for this steady growth, as mentioned above, was the establishment of the Academic Council at the institute, which awards degrees. In 2016, no doctoral dissertation was defended at the institute, but in 2020, a total of 49 professors, independent researchers and doctoral students successfully defended their dissertations for the appropriate degree. Six of them have DS  degrees and 43 have PhD degree. Currently, the training departments of the institute are developing all the normative and methodological documents (DTS, Qualification requirements, curricula, science programs, syllabi) for the transition of the educational process to the credit-module system. In short, I hope that the results of scientific and innovative activities carried out by professors, scientists and researchers of the institute will be a worthy result for the thirtieth anniversary of our independence. I sincerely congratulate you, dear people and  your family members on the thirtieth anniversary of our country's independence. May our country be peaceful, our sky be clear, and our people be safe!
