On November 5 of this year, a delegation led by the rector of the institute, T. Teshabayev, visited the campus of the University of Utara (Universiti Utara Malaysia) in Kuala Lumpur

As part of the visit, a discussion was held with the management of UTARA University. Important issues such as establishment and development of cooperation in the training of qualified personnel, organization of practical activities in the educational and scientific process between the two universities were discussed at the meeting. Also, during the meeting, it was agreed to sign a memorandum aimed at opening joint educational programs, implementation of professor-teacher and student exchange programs.

For information, Utara University was established in 1984 and is ranked 481 in the QS World University Rankings and 401-500 in the Times Higher Education (THE) ranking. Also, the university took 3rd place in the ranking of Malaysian higher education institutions.
