Erniyazova Shakhnoza Salamatovna was born on December 28, 2000 in the city of Nukus. At the age of 17, she graduated from the Nukus Socio-Economic College and entered the Tashkent institute of finance. She showed her exemplary character and her craving for knowledge from the first year, by that she attracted the attention of teachers, and then earned their respect. During her studies, Erniyazova Shakhnoza took an active part in the public affairs of the institute and showed her diligence in studying, creativity at various events, moreover her knowledge at scientific conferences held at the institute.
She chose the field of scientific activity in the direction of "Financial crises" and successfully developed it; at the moment she has published more than 30 scientific articles and theses in Russian and English languages, a monograph based on her articles and research, which she has published in English also. She improves her knowledge and skills by studying the works of world economists and has an international certificate in English (IELTS). To her current achievements we can add:
1. Diploma awarded for the 1-st place in the Republican Scientific Olympiad in the direction of "Finance and Credit" among students of higher educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan (2021);
2. Copyright certificate - issued by the Intellectual Property Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan for a electronic program on the subject "Finance" for computers (2021);
3. Diploma issued by the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the nomination "The best expert on the history of elections" of the competition "Best scientific work on electoral legislation and the rights and obligations of participants in the electoral process", she awarded a remarkable prize for that (2021);
4. Diploma issued by the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ulugbek Foundation, founded to support talented youth of the Republic of Uzbekistan, for winning the essay competition "Talented Youth of New Uzbekistan" in 2021, among talented students and researchers in support of their initiatives;
5. Diploma issued by the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Tashkent Financial Institute, among talented students, for first place in the nomination "Best scientifically based article", in the competition "Best article" on the topic "Actual problems development of the banking sector and ways to solve them" (2021);
6. A certificate of honor issued by the rector of the Tashkent institute of financein the nomination "Creativity in art" in the competition "The Most Knowledgeable Reader of 2019" is awarded for 1st place (2019);
7. Certificate - issued by the Tashkent institute of financefor making a report at the Republican scientific and practical conference "Improving the organizational, economic, financial mechanism and economic relations in farms" held at the Tashkent institute of finance(April 10, 2019);
8. The certificate was issued by the Tashkent institute of financefor active participation in the interuniversity scientific and practical video conference with a report on the topic “Trends and Prospects for Innovative Development in the Digital Economy” (January 14, 2021);
9. Certificate which was issued by the Joint International Educational Program, Tashkent State University of Economics and Ural State University of Economics, for active participation in the interuniversity scientific and practical video conference with a report on the topic "Increasing investment attractiveness and creating a favorable investment climate in a pandemic" (January 14, 2021 G.);
