A handbook “International Financial Centers” has been published, by  author of Associate Professor of the Department of “International Finance-Credit” of the Tashkent Institute of Finance, PhD E.D.Alimardonov.

The main issues of the book “International Financial Centers” are presented in the manual in short and understandable language.

This handbook outlines scientific and theoretical views on the formation of international financial centers, the classification of international financial centers, the stages of development of world financial centers and the conditions for formation in countries, a mechanism for assessing global financial centers (based on the “Global Financial Centers Index”), a mechanism for assessing international financial centers (“based on the Xinhua-Dow Jones Development Index of International Financial Centers”), international capital flows in world financial centers, the importance of the sovereign credit rating in the formation of international financial centers, the institutional structure of international financial centers, tax, currency and insurance regimes are highlighted in international financial centers, issues of formation of international financial centers in Uzbekistan.
