On February 22, 2020, at the initiative of professors and teachers of the department “Uzbek and foreign languages”, a round table was held with correspondence students on the topic: “Knowledge of the state language is a step towards excellence”. Speaking at the event, senior teacher Rano Khuzhakulova said that language is not only a means of communication, but also an opportunity to understand the national culture and get acquainted with the spiritual life of people.

 Nowadays, it is time for a qualified specialist to have a good command of the state language, a high level of oral and written literacy. She also emphasized the importance of working in the state language, creating and preparing documents without errors. The pedagogical staff of the department N.Dilmurodova, S.Shermukhamedova, N.Abdullaeva, F.Salokhodzhaeva and E.Yusupov also shared their views on the topic. Students took an active part in the event and received answers to their questions.
