On June 26 of this year, a training seminar was organized at the Tashkent State Law University on the topic "Press service of higher education institutions - 2023. Development of press services of higher education institutions: problems and legal solutions".

G. Nazarov, Head of the Information Service Department of Tashkent Institute of Finance also took part in the event.

June 27 - at the event held in connection with the Day of Press and Media Workers, Lectures and discussions  on the topics such as "Legal Basis of Receiving and Disseminating Information", "Responsibility for Dissemination of False Information, Methods of Official Response and Refusal Procedure", "Privacy and Freedom of Speech: Reasonable balance", "How to talk/write about the activities of the organization?", "Issues of covering the honor, dignity and reputation of the person in the mass media", "Improving the activities of the press service of higher education organizations (modern content, design, special programs)" were held  in the event.

Within the framework of the seminar, the higher education institutions, in particular, the Information Service of the Tashkent Financial Institute, whose activities of the information service were implemented in an exemplary way, were also awarded with a commendation letter by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
