The history of the Department

     The Department, which since the 2019-2020 academic year works under the guidance of  Ph. D., professor Sh. Allayarova “Professional psychology, physical culture and sport” was created on the basis of the departments “Professional education” and “Physical culture and sport”.

   Currently, the Department employs 15 teaching staff. One of them is a candidate of pedagogical Sciences, one candidate of Sciences, one candidate of medical Sciences, one candidate of chemical Sciences, having the title of associate Professor. In addition, there are seven senior teachers and four assistants.

   Teachers of the Department conduct lectures and practical classes for students of 1-2 courses of bachelor of the Institute in such subjects as “Professional psychology”, “Fundamentals of valeology”, “Physical culture and sport”, “Psychology of management”.

    Currently, the Department is run by the faculty of “Finance”, the scientific potential of the Department is 42%.

Educational and methodical work

     The teaching staff of the Department publishes a number of textbooks, monographs, manuals, scientific articles and abstracts on the subjects taught and economic areas. In particular, during the next three academic years, teachers of the Department published four textbooks, seven monographs, five textbooks and a number of scientific articles intended for higher educational institutions

Research activities of the department

    Two teachers-employees of the Department are working on research work for the degree of DcS, two-for the degree of PhD. Teachers of the Department take part in international and local conferences with theses and reports.

 Ass. Mavlyanov F. – “Professional creativity and psychological approaches to the teaching of physical culture and sports science.”

Spiritual and educational work

      30 % of our population is young people between the ages of 14 and 30. Modern conditions and opportunities for their education have been created. In this regard, an urgent issue is the organization of significant leisure of young people. Than morally developed young people, the stronger will be the immune system from various alien illusions.

       As you know, the head of our state put forward five important initiatives to establish work in the social, spiritual and educational spheres on the basis of the new system.

      These 5 initiatives were received with great interest by our people, especially young people. The meeting discussed the issues of wide implementation of this experience in all regions of Uzbekistan.

      Most members of the Department are actively involved in spiritual and educational activities carried out at the Institute.

      Different trainings in the psychological center “Credo” (S.l. Mukhiddinova I., N. Kholyigitova, D. Abdumazhidova), activities in the health center “Ibn Sina” (S.l. U. Aglaeva) to ensure a healthy lifestyle, sports competitions in the sports club “Financier” (B. Abbasov, F. Mavlyanov), as well as activities in student dormitories occupy an important place in the work of the Department with youth and spiritual and educational sphere.

The Department carries out innovative corporate cooperation with the following ministries, departments and organizations:

1. Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan (responsible-Sh. Allayarov);

2. Institute of “Civil protection” at the Ministry of emergency situations (responsible-A. Holbekov);

3. Association of University sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan (responsible-B. Abbasov);

4. Environmental movement of Uzbekistan (responsible-A. Holbekov).
