Norova Iroda Rustambek qizi Grant holder of Government Scholarship of the Republic of Uzbekistan named after Alisher Navoi

    Norova Iroda was born on July 10th, 2000 in the city of Tashkent. Since 2018, she has been studying in her 3rd year in the Faculty of Banking in group BI-61 on a contract basis.

     To date, more than 15 of her scientific articles and thesis have been published in various scientific collections and journals, including those indexed on the basis of SCOPUS, journals recognized by the HAC, and journals with a high impact factor. At present, she is conducting research on promising reforms in the national banking and financial system of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the basis of Islamic finance mechanisms, which have high growth trends in the world economy, and as a result of this research she has been achieving a number of successes. In particular, as a moderator and active participant of the international conference "CIS Islamic Banking and Finance Forum", she has become the acting assistant of the AlHuda Center for Islamic Banking and Economics, as well as the center's business development manager in Uzbekistan at the current time. During her performance, she has been awarded a special souvenir and certificate "for the contribution to the development of Islamic finance in Uzbekistan" by  the relative center and has been actively participating in local and international conferences and trainings organized by the center. She was also awarded a certificate by the rector of INCEIF University and the administration of the Republican School of Business and Management as a volunteer and active participant in the international specialized training "Islamic Finance Demystified", organized by well-known and experienced foreign experts in the field of Islamic finance. With excellent grades and active participation in the life of the institute in the 1st stage, she achieved the preferential payment of 35% of the contract amount paid by the Youth Union of Uzbekistan as well as was awarded the Shinhan Bank Scholarship by Shinhan Financial Group by Banking Faculty during the 2nd year of study. She scored 6.5 on the International English Language Proficiency Test (IELTS).
